If you work produces many results, then it is best to present them in the form of a table, but you need to distinguish between results you actually measured (or findings from your actual surveys) to those which were calculated (inferred) from the results/findings.

Some of your results my be 'qualitative' rather than 'quantitative'.  These are also important and can still be presented in the form of a table.
