Here is a sample of words (nouns, verbs and adjectives) which are often used when reporting research, as is done in both academic essays and reports. This list is short and selective and when you are writing you too must SELECT the words that are appropriate for you.
Note: if you don't know the meaning of a word, look it up in a dictionary and make sure you decide whether it is a useful word for you or not. If it IS useful, then you need to remember it and to do that you need to use it several times in as many ways as possible in writing and in speaking.|
